Job Summary
Diagnose defects and complete repairs on resident service requests and vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch list creation. Manage inventory by tracking supplies, returning unused items, and notifying the supervisor for re-orders. Perform preventative maintenance, grounds cleaning, and general amenities upkeep such as pressure-washing and painting. Document all service requests accurately and support cost-control programs by fixing parts rather than replacing them. Requires a valid driver's license, AC certification, EPA certification, and minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call rotation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum One Year of Apartment Maintenance
- Valid Driver's License
- AC Certification I and II
- EPA Certification Required
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call
- Criminal History Record Check (no convictions for illegal drug use, public indecency, theft, crimes against persons or property, or undisclosed criminal history)
- Drug Screen Test (negative for illegal drug use or alcohol abuse)
