Job Summary
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per safety standards. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and final work verification. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying the supervisor for re-orders. Document all service requests accurately and assist with grounds maintenance, such as trash removal, pressure-washing, and painting. Perform preventative maintenance while adhering to cost-cutting protocols by repairing rather than replacing parts. Requires a valid driver's license, AC certifications, EPA certification, and minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications

- AC Certification I and II
- EPA Certification Required

- Must pass Criminal History Record Check (no convictions for illegal drug use, public indecency, theft, crimes against persons or property, or undisclosed criminal history)
- Must pass Drug Screen Test (negative for illegal drug use or alcohol abuse)
