Job Summary
Partner with client stakeholders to uncover challenges and define technical solutions for enterprise-grade B2B Generative AI solutions. Run discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into technical direction while rapidly prototyping AI-powered systems that scale into production. Make key architectural decisions, steer delivery from concept to live deployment, and mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, applying the latest AI tools to solve complex real-world problems. This senior role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience, deep software engineering expertise, and proven external client-facing skills at the C-level. Required Qualifications
- Lead Software Engineer
- experience consulting with enterprise level External Clients at C-Level or Senior Management level
- Must be living in Ireland
- Must be legal to work in Ireland
- 8+ years of hands-on senior software engineering experience
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to make sound technical trade-offs
- Experience leading workshops or working directly with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Mentorship or leadership experience guiding engineering teams
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with modern AI tools
- Must be able to travel to client sites occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial experience with AI or GenAI

- experience operating as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, or very senior software engineer
