Job Summary
Lead Senior Associate (Guidewire BA) responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured functional requirements for Guidewire initiatives across Practice Center modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Works with Agile teams to ensure requirements are well-defined, testable, and aligned with product capabilities and standards. Supports backlog items (user stories, acceptance criteria), collaborates with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery leads, participates in ceremonies, assists in UAT coordination, and contributes to production run support. Builds domain expertise in P&C insurance, Guidewire patterns, and reusable rules, while improving requirement writing and functional analysis through ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Junior BSA
- Basic exposure to Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter) preferred
- Understanding of P&C insurance processes (basic to intermediate)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams
