Job Summary
Lead the Manila-based Asset Servicing Finance reporting team by supporting local hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight through targeted 1:1s and monthly meetings. Coordinate global financial production, forecasts, and metrics across Hub and Spoke locations, resolving stakeholder queries and driving automation initiatives. Manage Business Continuity Planning, Service Document maintenance, and risk/compliance adherence while facilitating quarterly service reviews. Ensure accurate financial analysis under tight deadlines and support the transition to improved ways of working within the global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading and coordinating work across teams, including providing guidance, oversight, and informal mentorship to colleagues and indirect team members
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with high level of attention to detail
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- Motivated, proactive and resilient self-starter who takes the initiative and drives tangible and credible outcomes
- Positive and solutions orientated individual with an adaptable and hands-on approach that can work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to deliver accurate and sound financial analysis under tight deadlines
- Ability to navigate and operate effectively across a complex global organisation
- Qualified accountant (preferable ACA / ACCA)

- Strong IT skills, notably Office 365 products including Power BI, Power Applications, SharePoint
