Job Summary
Lead Security Engineer responsible for designing and delivering secure Python backend services and cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP; develop APIs, apply security regulations, collaborate with platform and cloud security teams to ensure secure infrastructure and enterprise security alignment; contribute to secure solutions with a focus on production-grade code and auditing capabilities; requires 5+ years in security engineering and strong Python/cloud skills; preferred experience includes AI/ML backend development and cloud-certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) such as AWS Certified Security, Solutions Architect, or Developer Engineer; Golang experience is a plus; location-based role in Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts
- 5+ years of applied security engineering experience
- Strong programming foundation with Python
- Cloud security engineering experience in public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Google Deployment Manager, or Azure Resource Manager)
- Proficient in SDLC in public cloud environments
- Understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, application resiliency, and security)
- Experience designing and developing APIs and backend services in Python
