Job Summary
Lead Security Engineer at JPMorganChase responsible for security solutions design, development, and troubleshooting; produce secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms aligned with systems; automate security tasks via scripts or cloud functions; collaborate with software developers to integrate security into the development process from the start; ensure cloud infrastructure and processes comply with industry standards through audits; create and analyze AI threat models to identify and mitigate security risks in SaaS AI; requires formal security training/certification and 5+ years of applied experience; proficient in coding and knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, distributed systems, Docker/Kubernetes, and security; preferred experience includes threat analysis, SIEM/SOAR/EDR, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), large-scale data processing, scalable architectures, and effective communication with senior business leaders; location is Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in security engineering
- 5+ years of applied security engineering experience
- Experience developing security engineering solutions
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, distributed systems, Docker/Kubernetes and security
