Role includes pre-wiring, installation, system programming, site assessments, detailed documentation, and coordination with project managers to estimate time frames and material costs. Must handle troubleshooting, inventory management, staying current with industry standards, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Requires a clean background, valid driver's license, ability to travel to various project sites, and on-site presence with no remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in low voltage security positions, preferably as a lead technician
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, programming, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarms
- Clean background
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
