Job Summary
Lead Scrum Master (SAFe/PI Planning) drives Agile excellence across multiple Scrum teams in an engineering/technology group. Senior servant-leader providing strategic coaching, delivery enablement, and cross-team alignment; mentors other Scrum Masters; enables AI-enabled SDLC transformations (AI-assisted backlog refinement, code generation/review/quality analysis, intelligent test automation, and delivery analytics); facilitates PI/Planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and dependency management; tracks metrics (lead time, cycle time, velocity, DORA) and delivers dashboards; partners with Product Owners, UX, Architecture, and DevOps to improve delivery, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement; promotes transparency, collaboration, and agile maturity across teams; uses Azure DevOps and other tooling, with initial emphasis on AI-driven insights and governance.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience with deep Agile/Scrum/SAFe expertise
- Minimum 7 years in the role of Scrum Master and similar with strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Flow-based delivery
- Strong experience with SAFe, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English with strong leadership presence
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide improvement
- Experience in engineering heavily or platform product organizations
- Familiarity with value stream management and flow optimization
- Experience enabling AI adoption responsibly within teams (governance, ethics, security)
- Lead/mentor/coaching capabilities for direct reports
