Job Summary
Lead School-Age Teacher duties include nurturing young learners in a calm, cozy infant room environment while maintaining low teacher-to-child ratios. You will collaborate with a supportive staff to inspire young minds, develop relationships with children, parents, and faculty, and handle children weighing up to 50 lbs. The role requires a high school diploma with an associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred, along with a Child Development Associate (CDA) and 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Candidates must comply with licensing BCI and FBI background checks.
