Lead School Age Teacher

Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning and exploration among preschool-aged children. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where young learners feel safe and encouraged to express themselves. Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to build communication skills and a love of reading. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas. Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development. Manage the classroom with strong organizational and problem-solving skills while supporting aides on their growth journey. Monday through Friday before and after care hours in the 3's Classroom.
