Lead Scheduler for SCS Business Ops

Develop and update summary and detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and post-construction activities by reviewing design documents and site conditions. Identify major milestones, critical approvals, and long-lead procurement items while determining schedule logic and realistic activity durations based on production rates and available manpower. Assign resources to activities, generate cash flow reports and resource histograms, and evaluate critical path sequences. Assess actual progress through site inspections, identify schedule changes and trends, and suggest corrective actions or develop recovery plans when delays occur. Review architect and contractor prepared schedules, prepare post-construction as-built schedules, and compile lessons learned reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of P6 scheduling experience in the Energy sector.
