Job Summary
Translate supply chain processes into S/4HANA solutions, leading workshops, defining specifications, and collaborating with developers and test teams. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, combining SAP best practices with pragmatic, high-impact solutions that deliver immediate value. Drive business development, establish standards through best practices, and inspire colleagues by sharing your knowledge and energy. This role involves building from the ground up to create new business and support IG&H's digital transformations across healthcare, retail, and finance sectors. You will work with diverse disciplines including strategy, process optimization, AI-driven insights, and change management to help organizations advance.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience with SAP S/4HANA SCM, including at least one full implementation, from start to go-live
- Experience with relevant modules, such as MM, PP, SD, EWM, IBP or TM
- Ability to analyze processes, propose improvements and translate them into concrete SAP solutions
- Experience with data migration, testing (E2E, UAT) and go-live preparations
- Strong communication and networking skills with stakeholders, in Dutch and English
- Independent, proactive and comfortable in client environments
Desired Qualifications
- SAP certification is a plus
- Specialist knowledge of one SAP SCM solution is a plus
