Job Summary
Configure PMMO grouping, pegging, and distribution objects while designing material demand strategies and gathering requirements from stakeholders. Lead workshops to define business-driven configurations for complex manufacturing environments, ensuring seamless integration of PP, MM, and PS modules. Troubleshoot root causes for cost or supply mismatches and develop documentation for system upgrades and enhancements. Provide training sessions for end-users and support system performance monitoring. This role requires 15+ years of SAP PMMO/GPD experience, including S/4HANA migrations, and involves elevated access to IL4 DoD data. Travel to client locations may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP PMMO/GPD experience
- at least 3 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation
- Deep knowledge of SAP Project System (PS)
- Deep knowledge of CO (Material Costing)
- Deep knowledge of MM (Material Master/MRP)
- Deep knowledge of FI
- Knowledge of valuated and non-valuated stocks
- Proficiency in setting up MRP groups
- Proficiency in grouping strategies
- Proficiency in pegging logic
- Proficiency in exception configuration
- Proficiency in distribution of actual costs on WBS elements
- MTO planning strategies

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 10+ years of experience with Information Technology
- US citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- eligible for elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD)
Desired Qualifications
- Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience
- SAP S/4HANA Project Systems or CO certification
- Experience with ITAR or DoD (IL4) data handling requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience in complex SAP environments
- Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA Optimizing project-based manufacturing processes within the S/4 SAP ecosystem
- Implementing Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) / Grouping Pegging & Distribution (GPD) SAP Best Practice
