Lead SAP Developer

Lead SAP Developer responsible for SAP technical design and development, mentoring a team of SAP developers, and managing development demand through a structured intake and prioritization process. Partners with functional, architectural, and business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions with high quality, scalability, and business value. Strong focus on end-user support and effective communication with cross-functional teams and external partners. Leads project delivery for medium complexity projects, designs and tests workflows, documents requirements and options, and serves as a liaison between business needs and vendor implementation staff. Includes coordinating day-to-day team priorities, providing mentorship, training end-users, troubleshooting, reviewing project status, and implementing requested changes. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years relevant experience), 5+ years in a hands-on technical or project-management role, 2+ years as a subject-matter expert, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Prefer 2+ years managing SAP development intake, ABAP on HANA, SAP BTP/CF/Kyma, CPI/iFlows, event-driven architectures, Fiori development, and RAP/EA/RISE deployment knowledge; familiarity with Fiori Extensions/AdaptUI, and Clean Core practices.
