Job Summary
Lead sanitation team on the 2nd shift in Sparks, NV, overseeing sanitation activities across production and non-production areas, coordinating with departments, training technicians, and ensuring compliance with cGMP/SOP/SQF. Responsibilities include cleaning production workstations (Zone 1–3), performing trash removal, supporting changeovers, operating equipment (electric pallet jack, forklift, man-lift, floor scrubbers, power washers, vacuums), documenting daily tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- More than five years’ experience as a Sanitation Technician, Production Operator, or Warehouse Operator in a Food Manufacturing Production or Warehouse environment
- Licensed to drive Moving / PIT equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and man-lifts
