Job Summary
Lead Server at Burnt Pine Country Club leads the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, supports daily operations, assists with training and onboarding of team members, and ensures members and guests receive attentive, personalized service. Responsibilities include leading by example in food and beverage service, welcoming and engaging with guests, coordinating service flow with kitchen and management, handling orders and payments, supporting special events, tournaments, banquets, and member functions, maintaining knowledge of menus and promotions, and upholding health regulations and service standards. Requires previous serving experience and leadership or supervisory experience; alcohol service certification or ability to obtain certification as required; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
