Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Product Analyst responsibilities include defining user stories, managing product roadmaps, and refining backlog items to drive business capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear acceptance criteria and support agile ceremonies. This role involves leading product strategy, analyzing data and market trends, and facilitating change management for Salesforce deployments. You will ensure regulatory compliance, assist in quality assurance testing, and maintain alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years direct relevant working experience in the financial services industry
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis type role(s)
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- 4+ years direct experience within an agile framework
- Jira experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to present and communicate effectively through remote virtual tools like Teams, WebEx, Zoom, as well as in-person when required
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Business process flow experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, summarize conclusions and approaches to mitigate risks
- Confidence to work with different personalities as a team player
- Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, stakeholder and SME management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing
- Able to shift seamlessly between strategic and tactical levels and thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Passion for improving client and employee experiences through streamlined processes and scalable solutions

- Must reside within the market area to be considered
- Position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant US based experience
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Salesforce administration, architect or development experience
- Salesforce product experience in (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau)
- Industry certifications such as SAFe, CSM or Salesforce certifications
