Job Summary
Conduct hands-on Salesforce development and configuration using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and custom integrations. Provide day-to-day administration support for Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, dashboards, and security governance. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions while managing version control, backups, and platform optimization. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders to enhance user experience and troubleshoot complex root causes. Maintain governance standards for workflows, validation rules, and data management to drive continuous platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Salesforce Lightning
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I
- Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Apex Classes, Triggers, APIs, and custom controllers
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and iPaaS platforms
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, AJAX, Java, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Go-to-Market processes, and enterprise application ecosystems
- Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and development best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders

- Experience with RingDNA and other Salesforce-connected applications
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures and enterprise-level integrations
- Exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success technology ecosystems
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams
