Job Summary
Own the strategic vision, platform architecture, and global execution of the Salesforce ecosystem across 16 international markets. Lead a dedicated team of seven members in developing, customizing, and implementing solution frameworks while driving high-impact data products for competitive intelligence. Manage automation products, establish Standard Operating Procedures, and conduct Root Cause Analysis to ensure platform stability and compliance. Translate commercial needs into system solutions through structured requirements workshops and proof-of-concepts, maintaining alignment with business goals across EU, Turkey, and APAC regions. This senior management role involves influencing decisions with stakeholders from market operations to regional leadership to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Salesforce platform architecture, customization, and integration with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects independently
- Hands-on Salesforce experience as a power user, configurator, or administrator, with the ability to translate requirements into system design
- Strong stakeholder management experience — comfortable engaging and influencing across functions and seniority levels, from market operators to regional leadership
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for CRM or SaaS implementations, working alongside product managers and engineers
- Experience facilitating structured requirements workshops with participants across multiple functions
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and business context to technical teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with product development, commercial product operations or similar is a bonus
- familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plus
