Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adequate floor coverage. Train staff on policies, manage inventory orders, and prepare sales reports while maintaining accurate cash handling. Handle customer complaints, returns, and complex sales tasks to meet or exceed quotas. Support donation and production operations as needed while maintaining a safe work environment. Communicate regularly with store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally maneuver wheeled containers weighing up to 300 pounds
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to work in outside weather conditions and extreme heat
- Must agree to a drug-free work environment
