Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate drives store performance by overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, training employees, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Responsibilities include achieving/exceeding sales quotas, ensuring excellent customer service, handling merchandise and inventory, managing cash handling accuracy, preparing sales/inventory reports, addressing customer issues, supporting donations and production operations, and maintaining a safe work environment.
