Job Summary
Lead the retail sales team as Retail Sales Lead Supervisor at See’s Candies Brentwood, CA. Drive sales initiatives, oversee day-to-day store operations, coach and develop team members, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising standards, manage cash handling and banking procedures, and collaborate with Shop Manager and Management Team to achieve sales goals. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience
- Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees

- Ability to follow, as well as implement and enforce, company policies and procedures
- Strong work performance
- Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales driven team
