Job Summary
Lead Sales Specialist – Drill Bits at Baker Hughes: develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the Geo-Zone business plan to expand market share and enter new markets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, prepare detailed technical proposals, participate in tenders and negotiations, track opportunities in DealMachine CRM, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions. Frequent customer visits and travel required; act as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to the Geo-Zone strategy across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Significant industry experience with drill bits
- Fluency in English and Russian or Azeri (oral and written)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
