Job Summary
Lead Sales & Service (Key Holder) role at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco, CA and Naples, FL. Physical requirements include mobility on the sales floor and lifting up to 75 lbs. Part-Time Flex schedule requires weekend availability and additional weekday shifts. Required Qualifications
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred
- 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., with safety techniques
