Lead the Store Manager team by strengthening their autonomy through clear expectations, direct feedback, and fair development rather than constant presence. Own operational metrics from staffing and budgets to infrastructure investments, proactively identifying bottlenecks in hygiene, food safety, product quality, and zero food waste initiatives. Serve as the central connection point between production, marketing, HR, and stores to ensure information flow, early problem visibility, and decisive action. Work in a modern office at Zurich Altstetten station with regular store presence, collaborating within a cross-functional team to continuously develop the organization.
