Job Summary
The Lead Sales position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and well-organized stores while assisting in the management of day-to-day operations of The Salvation Army Family Store. This role involves meeting store sales budgets, managing inventory, and overseeing personnel in the absence of the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance indicators to drive profitability, scheduling staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, be able to communicate effectively, and meet physical requirements to perform various tasks. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
