Job Summary
Lead by example in high-ticket aesthetic sales, conduct expert in-person consultations and coach Patient Care Coordinators to strengthen sales performance and service standards. Partner with the Location Director to set clinic goals and optimize sales strategies; educate clients on LaserAway’s services (laser, body contouring, injectables); identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; oversee front desk operations and maintain a premium clinic environment; support behind-the-scenes operations to ensure smooth clinic flow and elevated client experiences. Requires 4+ years in consultative or luxury sales, strong leadership, and weekend/evening availability. Leadership development and career growth to Location Director are offered.
Required Qualifications
