Job Summary
Lead Sales role at The Salvation Army ARC Family Store in Chula Vista. Responsibilities include leading daily store operations, partnering with Store Manager, opening/closing, POS operations, inventory management and donations, scheduling and supervising staff, coaching and development, ensuring customer and donor satisfaction, and analyzing KPIs to drive sales and profitability.
