Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate overseeing the Experience Guide team, acting as manager in absence of supervision, driving membership/enhancement/retail sales, coaching and training staff, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with Leadership to achieve targets and maintain guest satisfaction. Requires leadership presence, guest-service excellence, ability to meet weekly/monthly sales quotas, program scheduling, and collaboration with the Leadership team to support facility needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales and service-related experience
- Key-holder and/or lead/supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Experience leading a team and meeting sales quotas
