Lead Sales Associate

Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone responsible for opening/closing the studio, coaching and training new Sales Associates, onboarding team members, and maintaining a positive, focused environment. Lead by example to achieve daily goals, review appointments, support performance coaching, assist with onboarding and training, and ensure smooth operations when the Studio Manager is off-site. Requires experience in customer-facing or sales roles and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced wellness studio setting; prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred; passion for health, fitness, or wellness essential. Competitive base pay with performance-based commissions and a clear path to Studio Manager.
