Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role focused on driving membership growth and closing memberships at Stretch Zone Palm Coast. Responsibilities include leading and developing the sales team, coaching daily, tracking and acting on KPIs and reports, onboarding/training new Sales Associates, and ensuring a five-star service experience. The position requires a proven sales track record, leadership experience, a customer-first attitude, data fluency for running reports, and a willingness to train the right person. A wellness/fitness background is a definite plus. This is a full-time leadership role with potential advancement toward Studio Manager and beyond.
