Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone in Maple Grove, MN. Lead and develop the sales team, onboard and train new associates, coach performance, and ensure smooth studio operations from opening to closing. Drive achievement of sales and performance milestones through hands-on leadership, mentoring, and a strong customer-service mindset. Responsibilities include onboarding new Sales Associates, providing coaching and guidance, supporting the Studio Manager, maintaining a positive, focused environment, and contributing to a clear path toward leadership advancement within wellness services. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced studio setting and maintain organization while promoting health, fitness, and wellness goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred
- Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
