Job Summary
As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring members receive exceptional service. You will coach and support up to five Sales Associates, track performance metrics, and help the team meet sales goals focused on practitioner-assisted stretching. Responsibilities include opening the studio, managing member check-ins, and resolving member questions professionally. Strong leadership in a retail sales environment and a passion for health and wellness are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
