Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate will greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs, process sales transactions using the POS system, maintain a welcoming store environment, assist with merchandising and inventory control, and handle opening/closing duties including bank deposits. The role supports the General Manager in retail operations to ensure the store operates at optimal performance. Requires 18+ years old, High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, 6-12 months of customer service, strong communication and computer skills, ability to complete training within two months, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Seasonal, on-site role in Duncanville, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- 6 months or 1 year of customer service
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
