Job Summary
The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their pool and spa care needs, completing sales transactions using the POS system, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and aiding with merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities also include open and closing duties and bank deposits. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- 6 months or 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
