Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Zeeland, MI. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, assists in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, and delivers exemplary customer service to maximize profitability and teamwork. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, aiding customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining store cleanliness and display standards, and supporting store operations and security practices. Requires ability to perform basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with plan-o-grams; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
