Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT in Winder, GA at Dollar General. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register and handling payments, processing refunds/overrides, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing superior customer service. Requires ability to perform cash handling, planogram adherence, basic math, and supervisory-oriented tasks; relocation is not available. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations

- Understanding of safety policies and practices
- Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance
