Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT role in Wilmington, NC: functions as cashier/stocker and acts in lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining a clean and organized store, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires strong math/cash handling skills, knowledge of plan-o-gram guidance, safety practices, and effective communication; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred.
