Job Summary
Lead Cashier/Stocker in Dollar General, performing cashier and stock duties with lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining a clean and secure store, and providing superior customer service while adhering to company policies and cash-control procedures. Requires math proficiency and knowledge of cash handling; prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
