Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate - PT in Wells, MN. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving and stocking merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting cashier accountability and security procedures. Demonstrates leadership in customer service, teamwork, and store operations, with emphasis on merchandise presentation, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred supervisory experience or related training. Relocation assistance is not available.
