Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assisting with plan-o-grams and merchandising, delivering exemplary customer service, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating the cash register and handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, opening/closing the store under direction, monitoring cash levels, and providing supervisory support to cashiers to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and safe, organized store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
