Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part Time) at Dollar General in Ventnor, NJ. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store cleanliness. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, operating the cash register, handling payments and returns, maintaining store appearance and safety, and supporting store leadership with daily operations and cash control. Requires strong mathematical, cash handling, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; six months of supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
