Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Sylvester, GA. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Performs duties to support profitability and customer satisfaction, including unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the register, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Requires strong customer service, basic math, cash handling, familiarity with plan-o-grams and merchandising guidance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and, preferably, six months of supervisory or related experience.
