Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Swannanoa, NC. Function as a cashier and/or stocker and lead in the absence of the Store Manager, assist with plan-o-grams and merchandising, stock and rotate merchandise, operate the cash register, process payments, and deliver exemplary customer service. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting customers, and upholding store security and safety practices. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred supervisory experience. Strong math, cash handling, and interpersonal skills are essential.
