Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate in Sugar Valley, GA executes lead-capacity duties in the absence of the Store Manager, assists in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, stocks and faces merchandise, assists customers, and operates the cash register with cash handling and processing of payments. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, maintaining store cleanliness, greeting customers, and supporting cashier accountability and security practices. In the absence of management, authorizes refunds/overrides, counts registers, and helps with deposits. Requires strong math, communication, and supervisory skills; fast-paced retail environment with emphasis on customer service and loss prevention.
