Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, providing exemplary customer service, and supporting store profitability and safety. Also assists with refunds/overrides in the absence of management, maintains cashier accountability and cash control, monitors security and safety practices, and ensures a clean, organized store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
