Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in the lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, provide exemplary customer service, unload trucks, stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, operate cash register, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, supervise cashiers, open/close store under Area Manager direction, and support store profitability and loss prevention. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training). Relocation assistance is not available.
