Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of store leadership; orienting and assisting customers; unloading trucks and stocking merchandise; maintaining plan-o-grams, displays, and stock areas; operating the cash register and handling payments; ensuring cashier accountability and store security; assisting in store opening/closing under direction; and providing superior customer service while supporting profitability and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
