Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assisting with plan-o-gram setup and maintenance, and delivering exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, processing transactions at the cash register, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Requires knowledge of cash handling, plan-o-gram implementation, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Retail environment experience and supervisory exposure are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
